Dublin really isn’t the shiniest European city. At first look, and at second and third it is really "dirty old town". Liffey flows from dark brown to black. Air is thick and dense from smog. And architecture fluctuates between abandoned neighborhoods and ugly business buildings. Irish will say to that: "Who cares? Business building won't pay for a pint of Guinness nor will bridge across Liffey river ever learn to tell jokes..."
